LBP: Bulldogs OUT of NRL finals, Bledisloe Cup, Black Caps-Sri Lanka

Martin Devlin
Drive Talkback Host & Contributing Writer
Posted 17 September 2024

Twizel's Matt Gunn - whose cries from down south could be heard as far away as Belmore in Sydney on Sunday evening, when his Bulldogs were knocked out of the NRL finals - joins Martin Devlin on It's Only Sport for the segment Let's Be Positive. Every week, Gunny and Marty do their best to put a positive spin on all the happenings in sport.

This week, they focus on Gunny's Bulldogs' NRL season ending at the hands of the Manly Sea Eagles, the start of the Black Caps' test series away to Sri Lanka, the first Bledisloe Cup test coming up this weekend between the Wallabies and All Blacks, and more.

Martin Devlin is a veteran New Zealand radio and television broadcaster.
